Walk-ins are very welcome — your first foot assessment is free and you can simply drop by the shop. If you’re travelling a distance or want a particular time, a quick call ahead means we can keep things smooth and avoid any wait.
Are the insoles made on the same day?
Many fittings can be done while you wait, as we craft insoles on-site in the shop. More involved corrective or diabetic insoles may take a little longer so we get the prescription exactly right — we’ll tell you honestly at your assessment what’s possible on the day.
Do you make diabetic footwear too?
Yes. Alongside custom insoles we fit orthopaedic & diabetic footwear — soft, seam-free shoes and offloading insoles that protect sensitive or neuropathic feet. Bring your usual shoe size and any advice from your doctor and we’ll take it from there.
