What an online fitting is
It’s a proper biomechanical assessment carried out over video, exactly like the one you’d get standing in our Pune shop. We watch how you move, study your arch type and heel alignment, and listen to where it hurts. That assessment is what makes a custom insole support and relieve your feet — not the cushioning, the prescription behind it. We’re a specialist fitting shop, so we focus on supporting and offloading your feet; for diagnosis of a medical condition, please also see your doctor.

1. Book & pay ₹499
Reserve your slot and pay the ₹499 fitting fee by UPI or card. This amount is fully credited towards your insole order, so it’s money off your insoles, not an extra cost.
2. Video fitting
We meet you over video and study your gait, arches and heel alignment, and talk through your symptoms, footwear and daily routine. This is the step off-the-shelf insoles skip entirely.
3. Capture your feet
You send us clear photos of your feet following our simple guide, or we post you a foam impression kit to take an exact mould. See how to capture your feet for the step-by-step.
4. Delivered to your door
We craft your insoles to that prescription and courier them to you anywhere in India — no need to travel.
Is an online fitting accurate?
It’s a fair question, and the honest answer is yes. The accuracy of a custom insole comes from the assessment and the impression of your foot — both of which we capture fully online. How do you capture the shape of my feet online?
Two simple ways. Either you send clear photos of your feet from the angles we guide you through, or we post you a foam impression kit — you press each foot in, and post it back. We use that with your video assessment to match the insole to your exact contours.
How long does delivery take across India?
Once we have your assessment and your photos or impression, your custom insoles are typically crafted in 3–7 working days and then couriered to your door anywhere in India, usually within a few days of dispatch.
What if my insoles don’t feel right?
We follow up after you start wearing them to help make sure the fit feels right, and we’ll talk you through adjusting them if anything needs settling in.
How do I pay for the online fitting?
